With more than 70 local and regional artists, makers, musicians, and food vendors, the Pleasant Street Art Walk is the perfect place to explore exceptional handcrafted art, enjoy live performances, and share a joyful day with friends and family.

Community Art Project - hosted by the Prior Lake Art Dock, artists of all ages are welcome to come create watercolor panels celebrating one of Prior Lake’s favorite pasttimes - fishing! Panels will be assembled into a large collage and displayed throughout town this fall.
An Easygoing Vibe No pressure, no pretension. Just art lovers, friendly artists, and neighbors connecting through creativity.

The PSAW is hosted and organized by those of us living in the neighborhood and run by volunteers.

Art Walk Location

Welcome to the neighborhood!

The Art Walk is on Pleasant Street SE, on the South side of Downtown Prior Lake, near PLate on Main and the VFW. Type in ANM Pottery into your GPS and you’ll find us.

Please carpool, ride your bike or golf cart, or walk to the festival if you can.

Free parking is available in the Ballard-Sunder parking lot, city municipal lots, and side streets around the neighborhood. Handicapped parking spaces are available in the Ballard-Sunder lot and the municipal lots.

Please don’t park in the VFW parking lot, unless you’re also planning to stop in and support them.

Well-behaved, leashed animals are welcome. Please be a responsible pet owner.

Call for Artists and Vendors

The 2025 application closed on June 1.

The PSAW welcomes artists and vendors in all mediums: paint, sculpture, glass, fiber/textiles, musicians, performers, environmental artists, food, etc.

We’re looking for people who share our love of creativity and want to bring that alive within our community by and selling and sharing their unique and high-quality art.

Pleasant Street Art Walk History

The PSAW is a laid-back, welcoming event hosted by those of us living in the neighborhood and presented by ANM Pottery, M&G Music, and Allyssa Tipton Pottery.

Our block of Pleasant Street is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Prior Lake, with homes dating back to the turn of the 20th century. At one point, there were six artists living here. That’s certainly a unique situation! We realized there was an opportunity to showcase everyone's art in a fun way. So, we decided to throw a party where we could sell our art, talk on-on-one with customers, and enjoy our historic neighborhood.

The inaugural Pleasant Street Art Walk in 2018 hosted 25 artists, set up in the front yards along Pleasant Street. Since then, the event has grown! Now, we shut down the street to welcome artists, food trucks, live musicians, and YOU into our beautiful neighborhood every September.
